Shrimp Pasta

Due to the fact that I feel like I spend all of my money on food and drink, I have made a concerted effort to cook as many meals as possible at home (a.k.a. 1-2 a week, at most).  The latest dish I made was a dish I took straight from my dad… a super simple shrimp pasta dish.

First, I placed the raw, clean shrimp in a skillet with extra virgin olive oil and fresh garlic.  Once the shrimp was a nice pink, I added the rigatoni and vodka sauce to the skillet, sprinkled on some parmesan cheese, and voila!

Easy and delicious.
